The Delta Dental Mobile Program is returning to Madison in July, but services will be provided at a new location.
The dental truck will be situated outside the Inter-Lakes Head Start building, 106 S Van Eps Avenue. Patient check-in will take place inside the building.
Requests for appointments are still being accepted. A full range of dental care is available for children ages 0-21, including exams, cleanings, preventive treatments and cavity fillings.
Services are provided at no cost to the child or family, and no insurance is necessary. Registration in advance is needed, and a patient consent and information form must be completed.
Two regional non-profit organizations, Interlakes Area United Way and Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership, are hosting the truck. For more information or to see if your child is eligible, contact Mendy at (605) 256-6518 Ext. 121.
