Interlakes Area United Way

Interlakes Area United Way is managed by a volunteer board of directors. Paid staff positions include Outreach Coordinator and Administrative Liaison. 

Term of Office
Terms last three years and run from January to December. New directors may be elected by the board to fill vacancies for the balance of the term of that vacancy.

Executive Officers
The Executive Committee consists of a President, Vice-President and Treasurer. Terms for these positions last one year each.

Board Meetings
The full board meets on the second Monday of each month with committee meetings scheduled intermittently as needed.

Presently, IAUW's by-laws allow for 15 board members. There are currently 5 or more vacancies.
